How do I get paid for my orders?
Click "Connect with Stripe" and sign in to (or create) your Stripe account. No keys to copy. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the money goes straight to your bank. PayPal, cash on delivery and bank transfer work too. We never hold your money and take 0% commission.
Do you handle sales tax?
Yes. Switch on automatic sales tax and Stripe Tax adds the right rate for every US state and every Canadian province (GST, HST, PST and QST) based on your customer's address. You just add your tax registrations in Stripe.
Can I move from another platform?
Yes, in minutes. Export your products from your current platform as a CSV and upload the file: products, variants, stock, categories and photos all come across. Then connect your domain and you're live.
Can I sell downloads or gift cards?
Both. Sell e-books, templates or music as downloads with secure, expiring links, and sell gift cards in any amount that customers redeem at checkout.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every store gets a free pluracommerce.com address. Connect a domain you already own in a couple of minutes, or buy a new one right from your dashboard. HTTPS is automatic.
Can I run more than one store?
Yes. Growth includes 3 stores and Pro includes 10, each with its own domain, design and customers, sharing one catalogue and stock if you like.
